Another unique feature of the company structure is that leadership is from below and not above. The leadership function supports the whole structure by holding the vision and calibrating the company culture. In addition, there are two essential 'energy' pulses that run through the company, one creative and one management. The management pulse is in the form of dynamic interventions to ensure high standards and delivery. The creative pulse signifies regular creative inputs from the Principal Customized production, Managing Partner, and Director of the Project at each important juncture of a project's life cycle. The creative pulse exists to calibrate NOVA's unique design values, thus ensuring the quality of NOVA's reveal of excellence'' on all products coming but of the Customized Production.
